They did a very nice job fixing a broken shower handle that turned into a bit of a nightmare. We worked with CJ who was professional and courteous and explained everything he was doing and going to do. He also worked very hard. This one checks all the boxes - honesty, hard work, and great value. 5/5. Needed their help again, and Stephen did a wonderful job fixing a busted pipe at a fair price. I won't hesitate to ask for him for any additional projects. Update: Next came out again today, and if I could give them a 6th star I would definitely do it. Kyle was excellent in his assessment and repair of an issue I thought was much more complex. I cannot say enough about their consistently quality service, fair pricing, and friendly and knowledgeable staff such as Kyle. 3/15/23 update: me again here to tell you about another exceptional customer experience with Next Plumbing. What looked like a simple toilet upgrade became more complicated by a rusted out flange. Matt French was our plumber and he did a wonderful job extracting and replacing the part. He also provided another recommendation that we took advantage of to update our system. They offer fair prices every time. I would have him provide plumbing services any day and want to thank Next for yet another great service. Thank you Matt and Next!! Another 5 star experience!! 5/19/2023 update: had a new dishwasher installed and as soon as I turned the water valve back on - it broke. I dropped everything and called Next, they were able to schedule me for the same day. KAYLON arrived on schedule and did an AWESOME job and fixed the issue for a quality price. Most importantly, I was able to wash these dishes!! Thank you for the continued help and service Next, as well as excellent employees. I won’t take my business anywhere else!! 11/4/2023 update: needed a sink basin in my guest room shimmed and set; LUIS DIAZ arrived on time and was very cordial and respectful from the get go. He almost immediately diagnosed the problem and had a price quote worked up within about 10 minutes. He completed the job in about 20 minutes, and even cleaned up the space better than he found it. Shoutout to whomever does the hiring at Next Plumbing! You are lucky to have this young man. 5/5 easily!

Adam and Brad of Next Plumbing did a full replumb of our 3 full bath, island kitchen and outside kitchen, home. Two guys, two days and the install was extremely well done. On time, organized ( they had each room pre boxed and labeled for that room) prior to arriving, along with the equipment to get it done. Close to completion the owner came out with Nick and rechecked the job. Passed permitting with no issues.
