We are typically 10-12 times the average length of warranties in the nation. We always offer a MINIMUM OF ONE YEAR warranty on labor for our residential customers. How quick is the warranty process?
Many products that are provided by our competitors and big box stores require a lengthy warranty process. Often, the manufacturer will have to send out a separate representative to verify the product is covered under warranty. Then you may have to wait for the repair part. Once you actually have the part, then you have to wait to have an installer come back out to make the repair. This can take weeks just to have your system fully operational again.
Not with Next Plumbing. All products provided by us are warrantied in house. We will arrive to your home prepared to make the necessary repair or replacement. We will handle the entire process on our end. If your product was not provided by us, we will still gladly service it and handle the warranty process for you.
